Il n'y a que Ninja Tune pour arriver à se renouveler dans le downtempo breakbeat jazz à chaque fois. De Irresistible Force à Dj Food, nombreux sont les merveilleux albums grosso-modo "à cette sauce" que l’on peut resservir sans hésitation encore aujourd'hui avec délectation (je repense aussi aux 9 Lazy 9 par exemple).
Bonobo est de cette catégorie: classieux, au-dessus de la mélée (et pourtant ça s'agite, du Big Chill au Buddha Bar), intemporel. Et déjà deux albums et autant de classiques au compteur. On ne saura trop remercier Ninja Tune de nous laisser le découvrir en entier (en streaming) pour achever de nous convaincre.
Pour les fanas du téléchargement est disponible "Pick up", extrait du nouvel album "Dial 'M' for Monkey", aux envolées de flûtes enchanteurs et aux jazz breaks des plus funky, mais après celui-ci vous irez forcément jeter une oreille sur tout l'album...
